ASSAM ENGINEERING INSTITUTE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

            The institute Alumni Cell was in dormant state in last five years i.e. up to November’2022 due to COVID-19 pandemic and organizational issues. The Alumni Association activities have been started again with the formation of new committee from 17/11/2022 under the guidance of the principal Dr. Hitesh Tahbildar.

            The association agreed upon the opening an account in the bank in the name of Alumni Association and formation of data base of outgoing students through online registration.

            The Association has started the following activity on the institute.

1. A tree plantation drives being conducted in line with AICTE Meri Life.
2. A sick bed and a stretcher are proposed to donate to the institute.
3. An interaction session being organized with the outgoing students of 2023 to give on hand information in respect of different sphere of job opportunities and field of entrepreneurs.
4. Energy saving and Environmental issues advisory sign board being provided for all class room in institute campus.
5. The association has taken resolution to develop a full furnish health club with necessary floor mate fittings to conduct FIT INDIA classes as per AICTE guidelines.Accordingly, the association donated a fitness Centre furnishing with necessary equipment’s.
